This started off as an experiment with wrinkles and Zbrush's 'Cavity shader'.
As it developed, I decided to make it into a finished piece, using a Hellboy render from another project in the eye's reflection. Thus it became the showdown of Hellboy and his nemesis, Ogdru Jahad.
Overlayed textures in Photoshop, where colour changes and extra tweaking were also added.
